We have received reports of individual(s) impersonating credit union employees. Never share your Online Banking ID, any of your card details, answers to security questions, card security code, PIN, or any other account or personal information. If a NW Plus CU employee calls you, they will not ask for this information to assist you. 

If you receive a call from NW Plus CU that you suspect to be fraudulent, call us at 425-297-1000 and follow the prompts to our Call Center to verify the call.
